Inspired by this tutorial!
My Doom tank top, made using bleach, wax paper, a ton of pins to keep the template in place, an old shitty tank top, and a garbage bag.

So, I’ve been working on some Sollux horns in the past few weeks…
I used Das air-dry modeling material over an insulating-foam-and-tinfoil core. I didn’t have any problem with cracking - no, my problem was with (for lack of a better term) “divots” in the material that no amount of sanding would get rid of.
It turns out that DAP Wallboard Joint Compound works great for filling in those divots, and it’s very easy to sand. The only downsides are the following:
- You have to wait about a day before you can sand it.
- It took me about fifteen minutes to half an hour of sanding per horn to get rid of the excess joint compound.
- Sanding down the joint compound produces a lot of dust.
Have a quick photo of my work I just finished 2 minutes ago <3
I CAN’T BELIEVE IT THEY TOOK ME FOREVER! ;¬; But they worth it :>

Okay, so I have an art class. For the past week, we’ve been weaving. As I’ve literally made every project in that class relate to Homestuck, I decided to make a weave relating to Homestuck.
The first one has all of the kids text colors lined up in the way they were introduced for the beta kids, and the reverse of that for the alpha kids. The second one relates to Eridan, Sollux, and Feferi. It turns out that I’m pretty good at weaving. And watercolors. Who knew?
